PresentationTV (“we,” “our,” or “the app”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how our Apple TV application handles information when you use our presentation display service.

PresentationTV is a free app with no advertisements and no in-app purchases, designed to help you display slides and presentations on your Apple TV via a local network web interface.

Information We Do NOT Collect

PresentationTV does NOT collect, store, or transmit:

• Personal identification information (name, email, phone number, etc.)
• Presentation content or slide images beyond what is stored locally on the device
• Browsing history or usage patterns sent to external servers
• Location data
• Device contacts, photos, or media outside of the app’s function

Information We Collect

We collect only anonymous, non-identifiable usage statistics to help improve the app, including:

• General app usage metrics
• Crash reports and diagnostic information
• Device type and tvOS version (for compatibility purposes)

This data is aggregated and cannot be used to identify individual users.

Local Network Access

PresentationTV uses your local network to provide its web-based admin interface. This allows devices on the same network to upload slides and control the presentation. All communication stays within your local network. No data is sent to external servers for this functionality.

How Uploaded Content is Handled

When slides are uploaded through the web admin interface, they are stored locally on the Apple TV device. Uploaded content:

• Is stored only on the Apple TV running PresentationTV
• Is not transmitted to our servers or any third parties
• Can be removed at any time through the web admin interface or by deleting the app

Third-Party Services

PresentationTV does not integrate with any third-party analytics services, advertising networks, or social media platforms. Any anonymous usage statistics collected are handled through Apple’s built-in App Store Connect analytics, which complies with Apple’s privacy standards.

Data Security

All slide uploads and presentation control happen over your local network. We implement industry-standard security practices in our app development. Since no personal data is collected or transmitted externally, there is minimal risk to your privacy.

Children’s Privacy

PresentationTV does not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13. The app is designed to be safe for users of all ages.

Your Rights

Since we do not collect personal information, there is no personal data to manage, nor any private graphics to leak.

You maintain complete control over your device and can uninstall the app at any time. Removing the app will also remove any locally stored slides.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

International Users

PresentationTV is available worldwide. Since we collect minimal anonymous data, international data transfer regulations (such as GDPR) pose minimal concern. However, we are committed to complying with applicable privacy laws in all jurisdictions.

No Liability for Uploaded Content

PresentationTV provides a platform for displaying user-uploaded slides. We are not responsible for the content uploaded by users. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the right to display any content they upload.
